“What leaders have in common is that each really knows their strengths, has developed their strengths, and can call on the right strength at the right time.” – Donald Clifton
Every organization contains untapped potential. I lead teams to unlock this potential by focusing on their natural talents using CliftonStrengths. This leads to higher employee engagement, retention, productivity, and performance.
If you’re curious why I’m the perfect fit to lead your team’s training, here are five reasons using my own unique strengths.
1. I will give you my all
Achiever is one of my top Gallup Strengths. I will invest time and energy into everything I do to support you in reaching your goals. I go above and beyond for my clients. I will read each of your Strengths Insight Guides before our training and will share detailed notes with you. I will record what you share, and your goals so that I can follow up in subsequent sessions. Your success is my achievement.
2. I will invest in your growth and development
As a Developer, another one of my Gallup Strengths, I love helping individuals cultivate their potential. As your coach, I will dig deep by asking you dozens of questions to unearth your own unique strengths and ways to apply them to your own professional development.
3. I will be your biggest cheerleader
With Positivity as a Strength, I love celebrating people’s accomplishments and have a contagious enthusiasm for people’s success. Every step toward your goals is to be celebrated! I’ve been called a bobblehead because I’m constantly nodding along during a training when people share a new realization about themselves.
4. I will provide a safe environment to be vulnerable
As someone with Empathy for a Strength, I have a keen awareness of how individuals feel. Because of this, I am able to ease the stress of people who are in a state of change and reduce feelings of uncertainty. I will listen to your voiced and unvoiced concerns. I will always be with you in the present moment.
5. I am committed to learning about you
Learner is another one of my key Strengths. As such, I re-study the Gallup Strengths “team talent themes” prior to every team training. This ensures I have your team’s combined strengths top of mind. And I love to share my Learner Strength by recommending podcasts, books, articles, and ways each person can enhance their own strengths understanding.
Leaning into my strengths has transformed my life. The more I understand my own talents, the more I can intentionally apply them. And one of those ways is in helping other people access their own unique strengths through Dries Coaching and Consulting.
