About Dr. Kelly Dries

In the past, I have worked in a variety of industries, as a middle school English teacher, and a behavioral data specialist at a well renowned pediatric research institute, in addition to spending a decade working in higher education.

For 6 of those years, I led a side hustle, β€œDries Coaching and Consulting” before taking the leap to run it full-time. With the help of StrengthsFinder, I found my niche, helping others transform their lives by leaning into their own natural talents.

β€œI’m grateful for the work Dr. Dries did with my team, and I highly recommend her coaching and consulting to others.

Delighted to have had the opportunity to bring in Dr. Dries to lead a strengths facilitation with my team of approximately 100 staff members. Her preparation, attention to detail, and collaboration were evident leading up to the event, and her knowledge, facilitation skills, and ability to create interactive education made the all-day retreat a success.”

β€œOur staff really valued the chance to be seen and recognized as individuals.

Kelly led a StrengthsFinder assessment for our team of over 65 staff, and I have never seen that group of people so impressed, engaged, and positive during a required meeting! Kelly might joke about not having woo but she sure won us over. β€œ

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If you are looking for a professional development consultant who is authentic, optimistic, and can work a room, Dr. Kelly Dries is your person. I was drawn to her LinkedIn profile by her genuine posts, which often included an insight into her personal life. I concluded she was the right person to help our leaders within our organization. β€œ

β€œI highly encourage everyone to hire Kelly for her Strengths training.

Working with Kelly on her Strengths training program for Hawthorne has been outstanding. Kelly curated a 4 part, virtual seminar for the team which was engaging, through provoking, relatable, and current. She used scenarios, broke us out into teams based on Strengths and departments, and allowed for fruitful discussions. The training was eye opening and really allowed the team to focus on our communication as well as gain an overall better understanding of one another.
