 Formerly a middle school English teacher, behavioral data specialist, and higher education professional, Kelly found her true calling through the power of strengths.

Unlocking her own potential through the StrengthsFinder assessment, Kelly realized the key to professional fulfillment lies in leveraging natural talents. Taking the leap to run “Dries Coaching and Consulting” full-time, she has since become a catalyst for others seeking transformation.

Completing her PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah, Kelly’s journey is a testament to the impact of strengths on career trajectory. As an Achiever, she has soared in her career, becoming an active community contributor. Now, as a dedicated Strengths Coach, Kelly empowers individuals and teams to uncover their strengths, supporting them on the path to becoming their best selves.
